We have been operating a two shift system for many years so that customers with urgent orders can obtain a fast turn around.

Machine capacities:

Bar feed up to 65mm diameter from bar stock
Billets for turning up to 400mm diameter x 1000mm long
Milling up to 1050mm long x 630mm wide x 550mm high
Sawing up to 250mm diameter
Wirecutting up to 550mm x 370mm x 310mm high

Our Machines include:

CNC Lathes 12 off (some with milling, twin spindles and bar feed)
CNC Machine Centres 6 off ( 2 with 4th axis)
Fanuc Wirecut 1 off
